Help I am receiving the following error message when I try to access the newsletter function.

Error: Newsletters is currently unavailable.

This error happens when a tag in one of your markup files is either missing a "runat" attribute or it exists but has the wrong value.

Unfortunately, the error itself is not too helpful, and does not point you where to look.  I would suggest looking at the newsletter page's markup first in admin\Users\bulkemail.ascx.

You shouldn't be seeing this error in a default setup of DotNetNuke, so if you can't seem to find any glaring errors or missing "runat" tags in that markup, I would suggest retracing your steps up to the point where you encountered this error.  Did you install any modifications that required directly changing or overwriting files in the filesystem?  Such changes are certainly suspect.
