New member, new to DNN, new to .Net.  Have my own Win 2003 x64 SP2 server and installed .Net 3.5 just so I could start using DNN.

Willing to admit potential mistakes but but feel I've followed setup directions well.

Installed .Net 3.5 and have been working through issues that my setup not working like DNN setup instructions.  Kind of stuck at ASP.Net tab.

Found some info on a possible workaround.  Previous versions of .NET used ASPNET_REGIIS but 3.5 uses WFservicesREG (.\framework64).  Ran the program and seem to be closer.  Website showing .aspx and other extensions but all seem to be registered to .Net 2.0 instead of 3.5.

In past was getting error on DNN setup page not authorized to see content.  Now seeing %1 not a valid Win32 application.

Does anyone have this combo running or know why it won't work?

Thx!
