Have a look at http://support.dotnetnuke.com/issue/ViewIssue.aspx?id=2621 - my bug report.

Is it possible to add a bug issue directly to Repository Gemini page?

I hate to ask this but are you 100% sure you're using 4.02 and not an earlier version of DNN4? There was a problem with uploading files in general with the original release of DNN4 which is why I'm asking. I'll try to get a DNN4 site setup today or tomorrow and test but from what I remember from the last time I tested there wasn't a problem with uploading files. Could you also let us know what database you're using (SQL2005, 2005Express, SQL2000, or MSDE).

Do me a favor, try uploading the same file over 1MB directly in the DNN file manager and see what happens.

I setup 4.0.2 on my development system today and installed the Repository. Absolutely no problems uploading a 5MB file.
