Hi,

My first run of DNN on my VS 2008 environment brings me up a dialog box "Authentication Required".

The message is Enter username and password for ""at http://localhost.

I am not sure whether this is something that I need to change in VS or do something to a config file in DNN, any help appreciated

Paul

Try setting up authentication in IIS to allow for anonymous auth.

Thanks Chris,

I still get the error even though I have tried allowing anonymous, here's an indicative demo of the dialog that I use
