Is it possibile to show the recent added content (text/html / announcements, UDT ecc ecc) in a aggregated way ?

I never found a decent solution to this and eventually went to using Ventrian's News Articles.  You can add a Latest Articles module with only items new since xx days ago.  But it only shows new articles, not new Text/HTML, etc.  Wasn't a big deal, I just put everything in Ventrian.

Engage Publish is another decent option for this.

Would activating syndication in your text/html or UDT module allow you to do this through an RSS feed module?

there is an unsupported "What's new" module in the Supplementary Downloads" section of the main download page, which contains content from all modules supporting iSearcheable.
