Many organizations are required by law or corporate edict to meet certain accessibility standards, such as Sec 508, etc.  I would like to see at least the default skins shipped with these in mind.  For the most part, it's little things like Alt text for images that fail the testing tools.  DNN can't fix content that doesn't meet standards, but an annoying certification failure due to something nobody would ever care about really shouldn't be an issue in a well thought out and implemented example skin.

Jeff,

I agree.

Both the upcoming 4.9 and 5.0 releases skins are XHTML compliant.

Also some changes where made to 5.0 for Sec 508

I saw that change, and it's a good reason to upgrade for quite a few government sites.  Now, if only 5.0 would ship...  :)
