is there anybody who could tell me how can i get list of languages installed on portal? I would like to make a Drop Down List with them.

checkout [Languages] skin object, there is also a LanguageSelector control available in the core framework.

Ok, I have got the languages collection. Found it at ~/admin/Skins/language.ascx. Solution is very simple:

C#:

                DropDownList1.DataSource = Localization.GetEnabledLocales();
                DropDownList1.DataBind();
