I'm just setting up directory for local resources for doctors. I've got to about 200 categories & subcategories, I can carry on adding them through the form, they appear in the dbo.grmRepositoryCategories table but the site does not display them. Is this a limitation of the repository module?

there are 3 places where your categories can be displayed

1. the main list view in the Header or Footer. Here the categories are displayed in a dropdown list or tree view to allow your users to 'filter' the list to only show items in the selected category

2. the main list view in the item area. For each item, you can display the categories that the item belongs to

3. the upload/edit form. when uploading an item, you can select which category or categories the item belongs to

when you say the site does not display them, which of the 3 scenarios are you talking about? the answer will be different for each one.

None of them!

Nor the dashboard.
