Hi Guys:

I Got this problem long time ago and still not get resolved, Please help, Thank you very  very much in advance!!!

My Dnn 4.8.4 Website get this tree wiew Problem under admin > File Manager since long time ago (from Dnn 4.XX Upgrade to 4.8.4), The Problem is as below:

1: Can't show Tree viwe of subfolders and files Except Root is there!, I did recursive sync many times, it's still not work!

2: When add a new folder through File Manger, it disappear after couple second,I check the folders on my server, it's there Physically!

3: Because this problem ,anytime when Using module that related to the File uploade option,I get problem due to I can't see any folder in my website.

After Check this community,I can't see any offically effective solution for this problem, even though losts of people get the same problem. I really thank for the guys can give a solution for this . Please post your ways to solve this problem in this thread. Also i hope People can get a offical solution in this thread.

Please help! !!!!!

i'd suggest updating to 4.9, there are a few filemanager and treeview issues fixed in it (see http://support.dotnetnuke.com/project/RoadMap.aspx?PROJID=2 for list of fixed issues)
