I am customizing the original DNN Blue skin.  Some of the font is still blue (the breadcrumb, search bar and the date tokens).  I cannot for the life of me figure out how to change it.  The color of blue shows NOWHERE in the css file, and I can't change it to White (like I want).  I've even tried hard-coding the color into the html file.  Somthing is overriding it and turning it blue.  Anyone know how to change the color of the date, search bar, breadcrumb and DNN copyright notice?

It will be on the skin.css file.

If you use firefox then download the extension firebug it will tell your what class is being used, what css file and on what line it comes from

Actully im wrong its is using default.css line 81 skin object.

You need to give it a bew class and add this class to your skin.css and that will work

I don't have anything to add to the previous advice for the current problem, but wanted to throw in that these sorts of issues are easily diagnosed by a developer toolbar (such as the IE Developer Toolbar Addon).  With it you can use the "Find Element by Click" option to target the element in question, and then the "Trace Style" function to locate exactly where a particular style is being declared.  It's saved me hours of headaches in solving these sorts of problems!
