Hello All,

I am using the URLControl for specifying a file within the portal.  I am trying to get it to not show the URL and Tracking and few other things.  So I specify the attributes ShowURL = False, ShowTracking = false, etc. but they stioll show up.  What I am doing wrong?  I tried doing it both as attributes in the control declaration in the ASCX file,

            <Portal:URL ID="ctlURL" runat="server" Width="250" ShowFiles="True" ShowUrls="False" ShowUsers="False"  ShowTracking="False" />

and setting the properties in the CS file.

        protected void Page_Load(object sender, EventArgs e)
        {
            ctlURL.ShowFiles = false;
            ctlURL.ShowUrls = false;
        }

Thank You,

NUZ

Hi All, I am using URLControl in my module and I want to hide the drop down list of File Names but still make new file upload possible. For this I tried attribute: ShowFiles="false"; but this removes the file upload control also. I also tried below, but it didn't helped :( ctlUrl.FindControl("cboFiles").Visible = false; URLControl simply ignores above line. I need the solution ASAP. Please help.
