A javascript error shows up when I click next after accepting license in donetnuke 4.9.0. Is ActiveDirectory_01.00.04 not supported in dotenetnuke 4.9.0?

The package installer is a core package and has nothing to do with the actual AD Provider itself. What I mean is getting a javascript error on install has nothing to do with the provider and whether it works with DNN 4.9.0 or not.

Any number of things can cause a javascript error. Could you post what the error is? I'll try to replicate it on one of my installs.

BTW, yes the provider is supported in the 4.9.0 version of DNN.

Mike,

Thank you for your quick and prompt response. Below is the javascript error I got from the error window of internet explorer:

Line: 59
Char: 14
Error: 'FCKeditorAPI' is undefined
Code: 0
URL: http://localhost/intraweb/Host/Host Settings/tabid/16/ctl/install/rtab/16/ptype/Auth_System/portalid/0/Default.aspx

I'm getting the exact same error on a fresh install of DNN 04.09.00.

Java installed (Version 6 Update 7)
I've cleared my cache, tried it on another workstation and still the same error.

For whatever reason it's the FCKEditorAPI that's throwing the error. What I normally do in situations like this is close my browser and then go in and clear my temporary internet files and cookies and then try again. If I still get the error then I try from another computer. That's one thing I don't like about Javascript. It can be hit and miss on it's errors. I'll have a site (doesn't have to be DNN specific) throw an error for days and then they suddenly stop. Or sites just start throwing an error but if I go to another computer it works fine.
