When attempting to connect to an RSS Feed on a secure 'https' site that requires authentication (it's set-up for Integrated Authentication) I receive the  error message listed below. I supplied both domain\username and password when adding the RSS feed. I attempted this on both v3 and v4 of the New Feed Module and am running DNN 4.7.

I did come across an article that said to modify the web.config file and set the trust level from Medium to High (e.g. <trust level="Medium"...to <trust level="High"), but this didn't do the trick.

ERROR Message Received (the URL in the message has been changed): Could Not Connect To https://mysite_here.com/my_rss. You Should Verify The Source Address Is Valid And That Your Hosting Provider Has Configured Their Proxy Server Settings Correctly.

I'm staring at this same error.  Only difference is I'm not using https.  It worked fine on dev, but once I moved to prod, I started seeing this error.

Exact same problem. Not a secure site, works in dev. Feed also works in UAT using FeedDemon as my feed reader. As soon as I try to use News Feeds module in UAT, I get the same error message.

Are you able to view the feed from the browser installed on the web server?

Due to subject, I move this thread over to the News project forum.
