I just upgraded a fresh backup of a site (this is why you test things in non-live sites) to 4.9 and now my admin and host menu's are redirecting to HTTPS. Not everything, the What's New loads fine, but it seems everything else does. I'm not testing every item until the trouble shooting requires it.

Checking the live site - I have the SSL Enabled and SSL enforced checked, but I do not have SSL on the site. So I think I found a bug. :)

I'm really lazy and don't want to re-download my DB - Where in the database do I turn off the SSL Enabled for the site?
