Hi
Something strange happened on the DNN website I have created.
Most of menu items gone, when logged in the admin area, there is no ADMIN section in the menu.
Any ideas what could happened?

Hi
I'd try logging in as host in-stead of admin and see if it shows up. It may be your admin account that's incorrect and not the site.

Hi Tom,

I have seen this happen before and restarting the website, which will clear out the cache, seems to fix this.  A quick way would be to just rename the web.config, then name it back.

I've seen this happen before.  If you're running a website that is pre-4.9.0, you'll want to get upgraded.  Otherwise, just restart the website and you should be good.

It generally only happens on older sites. A restart will suffice. Once it is gone, you should be done.
