Is there a way to limit the ability for users to insert specific modules into the page from the control panel, while retaining the ability for the admin account?

In other words, I have certain modules that I only want the administrator to be able to insert into a page.  I have other page admins that have admin rights over their designated page and child pages, but I don't want them to have the ability to insert certain modules into those pages....only the administrator.

the only option built into DNN 4 is using premium flag in module definitions and assign portl only, when admin is managing content. there is a fre 3rd party solution called TRTControlPanel from www.davebuckner.com

DotNetNuke 5 will include the ability to grant "deploy" permission per module definition and role or single user.
