I am using dotnetnuke 4.08.04 , Asp.net 2.0 , SqlServer 2000 .

 I registered some users and forgotted the password .  How to get  users\Admin\Host password .

If I am not wrong I think UserID and Passwords are stored in table aspnet_Membership but they are in Encrypted format . How to decrypt or is there any alternative solution to get forgotted password  in Dnn

register a new account for the site, then go to the aspnet_membership table and copy the password and the passwordSalt from the newly created user to a user you forgot the password for. Now the old user has the same password as the new user

   This works fine if it was a users  or admin Password . what if it was a hosts password  ( not autogenerated ) .

Take worst scinerio , If  I lost  host and admin passwords minutes  after installing dnn in to my machine then how to get passwords

Also

 1  May I know What "2" represents in "Registration" colunm in "Portals" table in the link it says

 2 I hadnt found "Registration" colunm in "Portal" table instead I found "UserRegistration" .  I am using dotnetnuke 4.8.4 version
