A faster way might be how big is your site and what customizations have you had to do to the core (if any)... If not, I would highly recommend starting with a clean copy of 4.9 if the effort required is not monumental. If this is not possible, then we'd have to think of plan b... Could you tell me more about your installation and what you've done thus far.

Hello,

No customization of the core (or any modules).

I can't restart from a clean copy of DNN (too many sites).

How can I verify the content of the Permission tables (tabs, modules, ...) ?

do you have any specific database configuration, e.g. a nonempty objectQualifier or databaseOwner other than "dbo"?

please post the content of failed SQL scripts, see /providers/dataproviders/sqldataprovider/*.log.
