Very strange behavior - running 4.09.00 and haven't had any problems since upgrading to this version a few months ago. Suddenly today, I'm unable to access most of the modules. I get the dreaded red triangle of death with a "Error: Module is currently unavailable" message complete with a stack trace. For example, using the simple html/text module I can edit the page, but when I try and enter the "settings" part of the module I get this:
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: vbc : (0): error BC30137: Error saving temporary Win32 resource file 'd:\temp\vbcF48D.tmp': The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. --->

I realize that this is a lot to take in, just hoping that someone would see this and say "oh yeah-that looks familiar" and "this is what I did to clear it up". I realize it's a shot in the dark, but I've got my fingers crossed on this one...
