it is possible to create a webservice and add a reference in my dnn application, my web service will communicate with my database and return the informations to my module.

i want just know if it is possible to do that

Yes, it is possible.  Check out Chris' tip on what to be aware of when using a Web Service from within DotNetNuke.

but i have already my webservice and iwant just to add reference to it but in my project dotnetnuke i can't find reference or referenceweb.

I have done this, so yes it's possible.

In VS2005 in the solution explorer for the website right click on the site and Add Web Reference, then follow the dialog.
