Please help me in upgrading dotnetnuke 4.8.4 to 4.9.0. Can you give me the step by step upgrading dotnetnuke.

Hi, I have tried that article but no difference. Tried to update 4.8.4 to 4.9.0 - and it does not work. I tried a clean install using 4.9.0 - and it does not work. I have followed all instructions, checked all params - no difference - it does not work. I will stick to v4.8.4 - After the 4.9.0 release considered by many users to the most stable version. Some changes has been made to the 4.9.0 core that is not backwards compatible. You can read about my problem using this link:
