i know that there is a title field when i add a module, but whtever i put in the title field for the already existing edit control it doesn't change, it's keeping its original title "Edit ModuleName"..i can only change the title of other controls that i have created and added to the module myself

any ideas how can i change the title of the edit control ????

Accepted Answer

You can modify the control title on other controls via the language file for the respective control.  The key for the text is controlkey_controltitle.Text where controlkey is the key value from the module definitions page.

So for a standard edit control, where the key is Edit, the resource key would be Edit_controltitle.Text
