well Im a bit confused I have read thru the docs for 4x and I have read thru post on install both here and ASP.Net and I'v found that the docs for 4x  say I need to change two lines in my web.cong and the posts on ASP say I just need to change just one line I beleive for 3x..

In either case I see that the DNN 4x has a much different web.config than earlier versions 3x and  when it comes to changing the AddKey sections would some know what lines need to be changed for 4x and if this works on godaddy cause I'v tried both ways and still cannot get an Install.

So are you getting an error message?

It helps greatly to know what you are getting instead of just what your aren't getting.
