How can I delete another user's blog?

The actual issue is that a user created a blog, then wanted to change something, and clicked the back button, made the correction, and then updated again.  Now there are two blogs with the same name, and the user can not update, edit, or delete either of them.  They are getting an error on the blog "New_Blog" module, where they should be able to get into their settings and delete it.  I have logged in as host, but can't find any options to delete one or both or their blogs.

this is a common issue, and it will repeat until we find a good way to handle the "back button" in browsers. this was an option we where considering. I don't think it might be hard to implement in the code.
