I am trying to understand the code of:

<asp:HyperLink id="lnkEntry" runat="server">
      <%# DataBinder.Eval(Container.DataItem, "Title") %>
     </asp:HyperLink>

Does this tell the blog portal what the hyperlink is to a specific blog entry?  If so is there any way you can edit the hyperlink.  I have a blog and i have another module that I am trying to write that shows the last 5 most recent blogs, so I can display that list on the homepage.  However, this code I was given keeps pointing me to the homepage and not back to the blog.  So it shows me this ....Home/tabid/158/EntryID/6/Default.aspx but i need it to say this ....News/tabid/297/EntryID/6/Default.aspx.  Any thoughts?

Hi Godbuckeyes,

I had developed an identical module, except that it was using Silverlight. You can view it here. In this case I managed to crate the links using the permalink field of the entry record.

Best regards,
Dario Rossa
