I can not use timer mode.  I assume my webhost is limiting my threads.  I get a complete site crash if i try timer mode.  I need to use request mode.  How can i make this work again in request mode?

Has a bug been filed for thi in gemini? What is the issue #, please?  If not please file this for us. This is a big problem. More for my emails that are not sending than the useronline count. thx.

AFAIK, the cause issue has not jet been identified, it might have been caused by a refactoring for IIS7. I tested with DNN5.0.0, where startup has been refactored again and it looks like this solved the request mode issue as well.

Has anyone had a chance to test this on the latest DNN 5 RC? I have not had time to install it yet but my portal is still in a very bad state ever since the 4.9 upgrade.

Hi.

We had the same problem as you guys, and changed to time Method, but then the scheduler started multipple instances of the same job at the same time. In some cases that is not a problem, but when sending out emails, this is a big problem.

So, does any one know a solution on this? I have tried multipple fresh installs, and they all react in the same manner.
