I am looking for a module that lists the files in a directory.  I've got around 1500 sound files that I want to publish to a site but do not want use a module like the documents module and have to upload one file at a time.  The only thing I need it to be able to do is list the files and be able to search the files by title.  I've looked and have not had any luck finding a module that will do this.  Hopefully someone here will know of something that will work me.

Ventrian also now has a new module called, I believe, FileLinks, which may meet your needs in this regard.
