I am trying to devolop a menu in dnn. I have using the nav.ascx control in dnn for change the submenu orientation dynamically. It is good for source package. but when we convert to assemply and install the module. It gives the error message with the nac.ascx.3424.dll is not loaded. please help .

Any help ................

Did you put the dll in you're .dnn file and include it in the zip file?

Thanks for reply admlange.

I did put the dll files also. but i call the nav.ascx control from admin/skin folder.

the error is as follows.

Error: PageMenu is currently unavailable.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Could not load file or assembly 'App_Web_nav.ascx.69b0ef64, Version=0.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Hi KThiru,

 

Could you send me or post the ascx first few lines, the line in the skin where you call the menu and the first lines of the .cs /.vb file where you define the namespace and class?
