Hello. I am trying to upload a Flash map onto my site (with a source code enclosed in a zip file) and I am currently using DNN to build my site. I have been in contact with the technical team from the Flash map company and they were wondering if EasyCGI (my hosting compamy) has options to embed and upload Flash SWF files on my server.  Why can't i just upload the source code fro the zip file into either my HTML or XML modules? Thank You!

it depends, how the flash needs to be installed, usually .swf files are uploaded into the portal directly (you might need to add the extension to allowed file types in host settings), and are built in using the "insert flash" button in FCKEditor.

Hello Mr. Leupold, being new to DNN I am unsure how to uploaded .swf files into the portal directly or to add an extension to allowed file types in host settings and built the "insert flash" button in FCKEditor. Do you know of any documtation on the web to do this or if it isn't to much trouble can you give me a quick explaination on how to do so? Thank You.

I see that the swf is included by default in the list of allowed extensions under Host Settings however I am unsure how to uploaded .swf files into the portal and built the "insert flash" button in FCKEditor. Thanks for all the help.
