I have a space this keeps appearing between the menu and logo.  It is only a problem for explorer and not safari or firefox.  Does anyone have an idea?

I have this same problem on a couple other sites.  I had another guy write these skins for me and its a little quirky.

If its padding issues you can try this:

Sometimes IE interprets padding and margins differently. Which one is being used to space? If necessary I would use the IE hack to control padding issues in a seperate css style sheet. You can call it ieStyles.css so this way you will always know where your hacks are. Hacks are used only as a last resort and often used to control padding.

The code to control padding in ie6 is *html .nameyourstyle { }

If it is a flash issue you can try this:

set your flash exported movie to be 'exact fit' also add a border=0 to your movie. Sometimes setting the border to zero in your string will take this out.

If neither of these work, then if you can post your CSS and HTML and I will take a look at your positioning.

Is this showing up on anyone elses sites? The last 4 skins I have made all have the same issue...   If anyone wants the skin file send me an email and i'll zip it to you.  I'm frustrated beyond belief on this one.  Thanks in advance...

Make sure you don't have anything loose spaces in the skin between the image and the TD, IE likes to render them while it shouldn't also Sometimes it helps to set the display of an image to block or inline-block in CSS.

You could also wrap everything in the header in a div with a fixed height and set overflow:hidden in CSS as a last solution

BTW, you have

valigh="top" in your skin which does not exist
