Hi All,

Please kindly me sort out this problem I am encountering on my portal.

The main menu of my portal is not showing when I browse it using the domain name or the computer name.

If I browse it using e.g. http://localhost/ilnportal, it works fine. It shows the main menu and all the links are working. But when I browse it using e.g. http://{computer_name}/ilnportal, it does not show the main menu and the links do not work. The portal loads very well. The problem is that it does not show the main menu.

The server is on a domain; not a workgroup. I realise that when I test it in a separate workgroup, it works fine with the menu showing very well. But now that it is on a domain, the main menu is not showing when I browse it with the domain/server/computer name address.

I have already added the server/computer/domain name address to the portal alias list.

Has anyone seen this kind of problem before. Please kindly help me out.
