Hello.

First, please excuse my english, is not my first language ;).

I'm creating a DotNetnuke module. for this, I need to connect to 2 other data table (not the default table when I create the module).

Did somebody could explain me how I need to modify th file:

  • app_code/dataProvider.vb
  • app_code/SqlDataprovider.vb
  • app_code/module_nameController.vb
  • app_code/module_nameInfo.vb

Is it necessary to create new page or only modify this? And how!

To explain what I whant to do, it's that:
I have 2 data table. The first contain id|name|parent_id and the second: id|ref_name|description|other_champ...|.

I want to obtain all data on the first data table and put them on an array, to build a dynamic menu (on the desktopModule/module_name/ViewModulename.ascx). And if I clique on the modify button, I want to be able to modify/add/delete a data on the table.

I've been on this problem for a long time, but I don't found any solution. Could you please help me ???

Onet
