good day.   I upgraded DNN to the latest version and then downloaded the survey moduoe and install.  both showed successful.

however now when th epage loads i get the following:

An error has occurred:  the poll is currently unavailable.

and also the following:

Error: poll is currently unavailable.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: E:\web\test2\DesktopModules\Survey\Survey.ascx.vb(212): error BC30681: '#Region' statement must end with a matching '#End Region'. ---> System.Web.HttpCompileException: E:\web\test2\DesktopModules\Survey\Survey.ascx.vb(212): error BC30681: '#Region' statement must end with a matching '#End Region'. at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.CompileWebFile(VirtualPath virtualPath) at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.GetVPathBuildResultInternal(VirtualPath virtualPath, Boolean noBuild, Boolean allowCrossApp, Boolean allowBuildInPrecompile) at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.GetVPathBuildResultWithNoAssert(HttpContext context, VirtualPath virtualPath, Boolean noBuild, Boolean allowCrossApp, Boolean allowBuildInPrecompile) at System.Web.UI.TemplateControl.LoadControl(VirtualPath virtualPath) at System.Web.UI.TemplateControl.LoadControl(String virtualPath) at DotNetNuke.UI.Skins.Skin.InjectModule(Control objPane, ModuleInfo objModule, PortalSettings PortalSettings) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

Any idea what is going on would gtreatly be appreciated.

The file at:

E:\web\test2\DesktopModules\Survey\Survey.ascx.vb

must have been altered. The error you receive indicates that line #212 does not have a matching "#End Region" statement. I checked the install package and it does.

Uninstall the survey module and download it from the DotNetNuke website re-install it to resolve the issue.
