Hi everyone
I want to have an Flash Intro in my DotNetNuke 3.3.2  portal
From what I gathered  if one go to Admin|Site Settings -> Advanced Settings  -> Splash Page
a page can be selected to be a intro page for the current portal (only portal pages are available).
I found following in "Professional DotNetNuke ASP.NET Portals version 3"
"A typical implementation would be to specify a page that is defined as a link to a flash introduction which redirects when finished"
My question is:
How can I create a page "that is defined as a link to a flash introduction"?
Thanks

hello,

i think you should add a tab (page) ane named it for example splash, then add a TExt/HTML module to show your Flash file in the page.
if you dont have HTML skills you can use a Flash viewer Module to do that. there is a on with light version to downlode for free :

after all you should set this page as Splash page...!
