I just installed the Help 03.00.02 module into our DNN Version 4.8.3 site.

After adding the module to a page, we get this error:

Error: Help is currently unavailable.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: The type initializer for 'DotNetNuke.Modules.Help.DataProvider' threw an exception. ---> System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for 'DotNetNuke.Modules.Help.DataProvider' threw an exception. ---> System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null. I found a reply by Philip Beadle on 7/3/2007 to look in the bin folder and delete DotNetNuke.modules.Help.SqlDataprovider.dll file if it's there there. After I deleted the dll, the error went away.
