Our server is configured to automatically download & install Windows Updates.  Recently one of them required a reboot.  After this reboot, there are no menus in our DNN portal, and none of the portal functions work (like clicking links to other portal locations).

IIS is configured to use v2 of the Net Framework, and other applications on this server are functioning properly.  I vaguely remember something like this happening before (Windows Update "breaking" DNN), but I cannot remember the solution.

I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or guidance in this issue.

Thank you

I haven't had any issues, this is the current version of DNN?  Are you sure it isn't the browser cache, or Javascript being blocked?

Jeff

Thanks for your reply Jeff,

After some research, we found the culrpit was a web service that was not (re)started properly.  Under Admin Tools | Services, the service called "World Wide Web Publishing" was running, but after we restarted it, our DNN portal came up immediately.  This was a hard one to track down, as other non-DNN web applications on this server were all running perfectly.

Thanks again!
