I need to implement a check list on my DNN 4.8 portal, you know the type of thing the users has to tick all the boxes to questions before a button/link is enabled for them.

I don't need to save the details or restrict access to registered users

Does anyone know if its possible to do that using the existing core modules or else of a free module that would do the same thing

The survey module doesn't give the look and feel I need and its not really a survey I need either. Maybe an example will help

  1. Have you installed the Dot Net framework (tick box to say yes)
  2. Have you created the database (tick box to say yes)
  3. Have you emailed the form to test@email.com (tick box to say yes)

If the user ticks yes to all the above questions then a link would be enabled/displayed for them to use
