Hi,

I am using 4.02 version and am getting 'Object Ref not set to an instance of an object' error.  This occurs randomly.  I am not using any custom or 3rd party modules.  I got this error while adding a new page, updating settings of a core module like: Events etc.  Any ideas??

I too have had similar issues since installing 4.02. The errors are very random making it difficult to pin down the cause. 99% of the time the error will not occur a second time after pressing F5 to refresh the page. I'm somewhat used to it since I am on my own site quite a bit, but for my user's, it has to be frustrating. I'll be checking this post for any responses!

I am getting same errors on my website on DNN 3.2.2

They appear randomly on core modules and custom modules when i select some module options e.g. Edit Text in Text/HTML module and disappear when i click on same button again.

Any suggestions please??

To those using DNN 4.x I'd suggest taking a look a this item:
DNN-2403DataCache.GetCache usage pattern causes random Null reference exceptions

A new version with a fix for just this item is nearly to be published.
