Hello everyone,

I login into portal using host account, then I used File Manager to upload a new file and DNN gave this error message :

"Connection Interrupted

The document contains no data.

The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again."

It would be grateful if someone could help me. Many Thanks.

Thien Duc.

Did it ever start the upload? How big is the file?

Hi Mike,

Thank you for your reply, You lead me to look at the file size --> 12MB.

I think this is the problem, isnot it ? And, what is the maximum file size that DNN allow to update ?
