integrated is fine, but compare your web.config file with provided release.config and adopt anyting except Machine keys, config strings, sqlServerProvider attributes for databaseOwner and objectQualifier as well as code subdirectories.

I figured it out, Sebastian was correct. I did not realize that web.config did not get automatically updated, wish I knew that before I sent so many on a goose chase.
