Jaurne, did you try this? Did it fix the problem?  Since the original post mentioned not having the Media Module installed anymore, I was going to suggest installing it, and uninstalling it completely, checking the "Delete Files" checkbox.  This should do the trick. Also, one of the events mentioned have to do with a feature not being supported, and not the issue at hand.

Yes, it worked fine. Since we apllied the change we haven't received more errors.

We first tried what you said, '...uninstalling it completely, checking the "Delete Files" checkbox....'  but the database record was there and the problem continued. The only way we found was updating the record.
