I purchased Opt-In Email for DNN. However, I cannot get the program to send any email. I don't get any error message after I hit send, I just never get any emails to my test list. When I test the SMTP, I get an email that says it working.  Also, I have the Feedback Designer Module that is working and sending email...so I'm pretty sure my SMTP is set up correctly. One of the suggestions I saw on the Opt-In board was to check to see if my newsletter feature was working.  It ALSO says that the messages sends. In fact, I get the bulk email report confirming send, but I never get the test emails.

Neither my host nor Opt-In Email's designer has been able to resolve this.  My host says if my Feedback Designer is working, its not the SMTP.

Has anyone had this issue?

Check the SMTP logs and check SPAM filters.
