I noticed most site menu's don't work anymore with DNN 4.9.0 under IE6. And if they do work the skin layout breaks on places that do not happen with 4.8.

Even the www.dotnetnuke.com itself is not working anymore with IE6. Menu's don't respond like the logon link and the skin width is not correct anymore. Menu area looks garbled.

I read some new features are available for stylesheets and IE6/7 in version 4.9.0. Do you need to set something to get it all working again?

Or can you downgrade to 4.8 by simply using the 4.8 upgrade zip and copy it over a 4.9.0 installation?

to downgrade you need to restore a 4.8.0 backup of files AND database!

regarding IE6 issues, those may be caused by different page mode, but our skinners may help you on this - therefore I move this thread over to their forum.
