you need to go to forum administration and specify forum permissions as well as setting forum to moderated.

Hi,

I'm also having problems moderating the forum module.

I have set the forum behaviour to 'Public Moderated', however when a new post is added, the moderation page is displayed, but it is automatically approved!

Why is this?

Thanks

Posts from trusted users (see general settings) will not be moderated.  Check the User Manual please.

I am trying to setup a moderated forum and have read the manual and changed the settings, including the general settings for trusted users (unchecked).  The issue I am having is that all new users are trusted and I can not change the setting as it is grayed out for each user.  Is there something else I am not seeing that is making all my users trusted?

Thank you,

Stuart
