Hi guys,

I am a newbie to DNN .. just installed the DNN 4.0.2 and first module I was trying to install is Forum through file Forum_03.20.01_Source. It uploaded the module files successfully and read all files from the zip fine, but in the end of that long list there were some red errors (I have copied them below).

What is this is this recourse.zip file, and how can I fix these errors?

Thanks in advance guys.

You are installing the wrong package. You should be using the install package.

Not digging on you or anything but I see a lot of people here posting with the same problem with all sorts of modules.  What made you pick the zip file labeled source instead of the one labeled install?

I'm just wondering.  :)

Cheers,

Paul Davis

it says in the readme.txt file and also in the help pdf file, that I need to install it from the file the source file, that has word 'source' in it.

Also, right now ... uploading anything won't work. It do not show any error/success messages, just goes back to the previous screen .. if you wanna see it happening then i have it uploaded at speak4less.com with default usernames and pwd. It would be a great help for me if you can upload any module to the site and let me know what I was doing wrong.

Thank you.
