It's a release candidate, not a release.

Quote from the download page:

DotNetNuke 5.x is a pre-release version of the next generation DotNetNuke web application framework. DotNetNuke 5.x has reached "public release candidate" status, which basically means it is a generally available "sneak preview" of the final release. However, users need to be aware that some serious bugs may yet surface and this distribution is NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PRODUCTION USE at this time.

If the NavBar is above the RotatorWidget the dropdowns appear behind the Widget how do you correct this behavior?
