On my feeback module I'm getting this error:

I do receive my confirmation copy sent to the host default email address, but the user who should receive the email doesn't get it and the above error is recorded in the Event Log.  I've tried different Send To emails without success.

Any ideas?  Thanks - Brad

Make sure that the SMTP settings (Host Settings->Advanced Settings ->SMTP Server Settings have been properly configured - especially those for the Authentication type, Username and Password. Most likely the settings have been imporperly configured to use anonymous authentication when basic authentication is necessary. If that is not the problem, check with your host to verify that their email policies permit sending of email to addresses outside of your own domain.
