Actually, I was having the problem when trying to delete a Repository module from one page.  It logs me out on IE, in Firefox doesn’t log me out but can’t delete the module either.  So I delete the whole page, and now everything is working (both browsers and no “session” on default.aspx).  I’ve experienced this before (not always), when change the view/edit permissions of an existing page from one role to another, but think this is other kind of logout problem, related to SQL maybe?! (the SQL database is on a different server from the one in which DNN application is installed).  Well, hope everything works fine with IE from now on.  Thanks Cathal and all DNN core team; this is still the best open source web framework, portal engine, software, CMS (I don’t know what describes best what DNN is), BY FAR.

Rgds,

Llamil

Just when I thought everything was working right… some users are experiencing logouts… I modified then the default.aspx file to include “<% Session("KeepAlive") = DateTime. Now %>”, but still doesn’t work in IE.  If Brinkster has a wrong web farm configuration, I will have the problem on other browsers too?  Because I’ve the problem only when I use IE.

Rgds,

Llamil

Download from here.

Backup your original file first and.... good luck!  Let me know if you experience some improvements.  I'm having problems running javascripts, but not sure if this is related to the modifications of the assembly.

Thx. Just tried it. No errors, but no improvement either.

I am really starting to get bothered by this. I doubt it is our host, but maybe I will call them to see if they have heard anything like this.
