Please can you let me know if there is a quick and easy way to include the customers email address/phone number on the order received by the store manager. When an order is received and the store manager would like to contact the customer, then he/she needs to have admin access to access the members "User Accounts" to look up their contact details or they have to request the site administrator to do this for them.

In case you write about email notification, the only way to achieve this is the code change. Email content is hardcoded in current release.
