Is there a way to disable this function easily? I have a site with hundreds of pages and I am afraid if an admin were to accidentally check this I could have a big problem. Of course I could go to a backup and restore the site, but I would like to be able to disable it somehow.

Thanks,

Will-
You didn't mention what version of DNN you're running, but in more recent versions such an event would not be much of a "disaster".  You'd simply go into any page, go into the "display on all pages" module's settings and uncheck the "display on all pages" option.  This will remove all other copies of the module except for the one on the page you're looking at.

Here's a post on the subject from Chris Hammond (from Engage Software; also a DNN Core Team member and soon-to-be author):

Cheers!

If you really want to disable it, I think you can find the ascx fiel( or maybe a .vb file) in source code and disable(or comment) this control.

Thank you, I am glad this was changed with newer DNN, my sites are all 4.9 so I am ok.
